Default experienced FM managers wanted!

lol when a player is on his last year of contract untill he retires, how can I offer him a coahing role with the club?

He'll tell you himself if he considers a staff role. Look at the players personal page, normally there is a "considering trying his hand at a less traditional role in football" or something like that. If a player doesn't want it, there is no way of convinving them (as far as I'm aware).

You can use player interaction, saying you think he would make a good coach, and if he already has done his coaching, you can offer him a player/coach contract.
