I would like to know the variables influencing the players willingness to join your club on loan. I have started the 3rd season with Kettering in league 2 and no one wants to come on loan (even players which have already joined me during first and second season).

How about asking your board to find you a Parent Team, where they will send you players?

I've taken over Oldham after being sacked by Chelsea, and Man City are my parent club.
