I'm not the best at this game but I'm trying haha. Heres my team can you give me any advice on what to improve.

One thing I don't understand is why Andriy Voronins work permit wont be given, its been 3 days left for a damn long time and it also says hes considering German citizenship. Are there any general tips also I am overhauling my training and such. Do you think I need better staff they seem kinda crap haha heres a shot.

I'm predicted 4th but 13th coming into second transfer season. I really need help.

I don't really have much of players in the way of MC (Darcy Blake is really bad).. err..

The reason I use 3 strikers is because I have 2-4 outstanding strikers and yeah..

I'm gonna have to say that this tactic is not for my team. It does not fit, the only player I ever want/need/not because of injury substitute is the forward and that brings crap results. I've played eight games with it to give it ago and only one win to the team thats coming like 23rd Leyton Orient while losing to Plymouth 1:0 and Preston 3:0 who are coming 22nd and 18th respectivly, are there any other tactics you can suggest as the board are getting angry and are no longer likley to offer me a new contract.

I won against Southend with a winner in the 3rd minute of extra time not exactly the kind of things I look for in a successful stratergy

1-1 with Peterborough who are about to be relegated. Two more games left in the season to turn around being fired, it doesn't look likely. A hugely dissapointing draw 0-0 with Barnsley. Its the final game of the Season against High flying Charlton in 4th and suprise suprise 1-0 in 6 minutes. At half time it looks no more promosing, 2-1.. err.. atleast we scored? Full time and the scoreline reads - , We came back with two Carlton Cole goals and almost won a game, but it was leveled from a long strike on corner rebound in the 95th minute. Dissapointing 12 games, 1 win. Fantastic season finish?
