has anyone attempted update the staff and transfer movements in january?

would i just do it through editor or is there a easier way?

also how do i get players to tutor a youngster?

But as for tutoring...right-click the youngster > Player interaction > Learn from player.
Then choose one of the three options.
Top one will be most effective, but might not work.
Middle one will be quite effective and work quite well.
Bottom one will be slightly effective, and definitely work.

These are just my opinions by the way, not gospel
