Default Portugese League....
Does anyone know how the format of this league works? When you're relegated from the 2nd Division group A, do you go to group B?

No you go into the 3rd Division, which is unplayable. The groups A,B,C and D are just based on the region your club comes from, a bit like the English BSN and S.
