Default Work Permits

Its a little frustrating that the game is harsh (Comparative) to real life. Very few work permit applications get turned down on appeal. And for teams like Man Utd , its not going to happen is it.

Think the rule should be relaxed slightly for the next game. What do you think? Its not that its too heavy now , its quite good asis , but these days , very few if any are turned down , and I think the game to refect that.

If I understand what you're saying, you're saying that very few work permits are DENIED in real life, and therefore this should be relaxed in the current game?

I don't know, as long as they actually stick by what would actually happen in real life.. I mean, you can't get Breno on a permit straight away, hence why he hasn't been signed in Britain already. Lulinha, Guilleherme etc are examples.

Do you have any statistics to back up this claim? Offhand, I can think of a couple of players whose work permit applications were turned down for Spurs, one of which was Bobby Convey, who later got one for some other team.

I believe Alex had his work permit application turned down for chelsea a year ago... also apparently got denied entrance this year till it had been reapplied for.

Happens quite a bit actually.. think park was denied for at least 1 season for united as well. Been quite alot however it not really makes the news unless it is a top name.

The game has it pretty realistic I feel, you be hard pressed to get a work permit for a 25year old that never played for country, or a 17year old that got may or may not make it and wont appear in the first team at all.
