Default How do you improve Hands on Approach rating?

Basically summed up in the title of the post. I've always managed to improve my other stats but my hands on approach always falls.

On my current game it seems to have stayed steady at 9 but I've tried everything I can think of to improve it.

Any help?

Apart from the cosmetic, it means absolutley nothing so maybe best just to ignore it- it wont stop you being offered or getting other jobs in the slightest.

I suspect that running the reserves and youth team and negotiating all contracts would help though.

I wouldn't worry about. However if you are keen look at Manager options and for example manage the reserves and U18's, arrannge friendlies. Also consider setting your own training schedules in stead of using the default

It will go up if you do more stuff such as taking team talks yourself and sorting out the training.

It doesn't matter if it is not a high number though, the stats are not a measure of how good you are, they just show what type of manager you are. Having a 1 isn't necessarily any worse than having a 20.

Setting your own training schedules and periodically tweaking them or moving players from one to another and making tactical adjustments during matches are the two things I've noticed.

The rating that irritates me is the team/player loyalty. It seems that no matter what I do, this one sinks like a stone every career game (and has done ever since they introduced it), even when I don't apply for or declare interest in other jobs. It seems that the very steps you need to take in order to improve your team - find new players - reduces the rating.

Frankly, I'd be happy to see them remove it altogether.
