I'm playing FM 08 fully patched and have 7 countries as playable. I'm playing in Norway and have no reserve or youth league games. When I look at the other countries they all have youth league competitions.

For example, I checked Finland and they have an under-20's group competition.

I started a new game with Finland as a playable country and I didn't have any under-20 competitions??

Am I missing an option somewhere when I create a new game?
