is it possible to add your own pic as a manager after the game has been started or do you have to do it when you set the game up...and if you can how do you do it

Only at the start up, as far as I know.

I have reloaded a skin and lost my photo too can't find a way of adding afterwards. Would be happy to know too

I don't know if this still works, but it's worth a try.

Create a config file that includes this:

Change the name of the picture accordingly, then turn on 'show unique ID' and place your manager ID in the above line of code.

Save the config and picture files here: Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\players

Reload the skin.

actually all you have to do is load up the game, go to preferences, check the box beside "display unique IDs" (or something like that), and go click on your character's profile to get your unique ID (displayed near the top). Put the picture of your face in any facepack folder and update the config file in that folder by adding a command at the end to put your picture onto your unique ID. reload the skin and voila!!
