Default Factors that make a player want to stay at a club club for ever?

I'm currently managing in the Norwegian Premier Division having won the title twice in 3 years aswel as one Norwegian Cup (*I'm not boasting about that either, I'm just giving you an idea of the situation the club is in because it may affect a players decision also). The thing is lots of players are wanting out either through requesting a transfer or simply not signing a new deal with the club, I can accept players wanting to move on ect. I'm just wanting to find out the personality characteristics that result in players reaching such decisions?

I do have one or two players (who I might add are getting very good average ratings and goals each season) who are perfectly happy to stay and they have even became unhappy and disliked other players at the club who wanted to leave. I know players have hidden attributes like; how loyal he is and ambition, so is it just those two things that decide this?

I'd imagine loyalty and ambition are the key factors, in relation to the reputation of your club and the league they play in.

Loyaly is the main factor - a high rating and the player is more likely to stick at any given club.

Ambition is the secondary factor - a low rating and the player will be less likely to pursu succes at a higher rated club

Finally a player could have a club as his favourite club, which would also increase the likelyhood of him staying at this club

Also, if you are included in his favoured personnel, that's a good start when keeping players at you club through thick and thin.

Loyalty is obviously the big one. Ambition, success, the players love for the club and relations the player has with playing and management/coaching staff will also have an effect.

League reputation too.

If you're doing well in the Norwegian league, players will attract interest from clubs in leagues with higher rep (Premiership, Bundesliga and so on so forth). They'll often want to leave. My Marseille team is at the mercy of teams in Spain/England/Italy because of the League Rep.

I'd love to see League Rep become alterable, perhaps linked to UEFA coefficients or whichever organaisation which is applicable.

OOOH, I dunno. on one of my games I created a player with 20 loyalty, favourite club kilkenny city (of course i placed him in kilkenny city) adn ambition of 6 or 7.
First chance he got, he upped and offed to bohemians.

I created him with the intention he would stay there for his career.

I prefer low class ladies myself.

Can't believe that my first post in months is a crude joke.
