...once the 8.0.2 patch/data update comes out?

For me it would probably be Spurs. I have never really managed to get a game going with them so far in FM08 but with the additions during the transfer window of Alan Hutton, Jonathan Woodgate and Gilberto I think that they would have a good squad for challenging for the title without any other additions probably.

So what about you guys - any teams you look forward to managing with there latest transfers in the past windows, any players you want to sign?

Newcastle for me too. Kick out Keegan as soon as he got there. Only I'm sure I'll get to score more than one in three.

Solihull Moors.

Dirt poor, great opportunity for parent clubs with Aston Villa, Birmingham City, West Brom, and Crystal Palace all in close proximity.

Always seem to get relegated before they fire a manager too.

Have to be Newcastle. I have already had a game with them nurturing Carroll and Krul into quality players, now we have more promising players to bring throgh.

Cooperbird I don't think you meant Crystal Palace as they are based in London not the Midlands.
