Default Best Youth set ups

Does anyone know which club has the best youth and reserve set ups at the start of the game? Also throughout the game.

Think of 2 clubs in England that have amazing teams full of youngsters and have done for many years now - Arsenal ans Man Utd.

But there are some more in other countries aswell:-

Barcelona
Sporting Lisbon
AS Monaco

Too name but a few...

It tends to be the big clubs in Europe such as Barca (Bojan, Tiago, etc...), Inter (Balotelli, Filkor, et al...), Arsenal (Traore, Merida, etc...)

Personally I like to poach such youngsters on free transfers by taking them on loan when they only have 12 months left on their contract then playing them a lot... seems to work every time.

What sort of club do you have to be to get these sorts of youth players on loan?

I was West Ham. I got Balotelli, Okaka, Piatti, Biabiani and Aaron(Niguez). All on end of season loans with no wage contribution. Played them all as regularly as I dared, offered them contracts on Dec 31st, when their contract protection ran out, signed 'em all up for no compensation (this only works when signing under 23's from abroad, in same nation compensation must be paid but can still be worth it). TIP: when offering contracts to freebie players offer them a wage that will not be above your limit for hot prospect squad status but make them Key Players with massive bonuses. They bite your hand off to sign up. When they join on July 1st/2nd immediatly offer them new deal, they ask for same money so you can make them hot prospects and adjust bonuses and contract lengths accordingly. Hey Presto! World class potential stars for free and on reasonable contracts.
