Default Some Sensible Suggestions for 8.0.2 or Future FM Games

1. Make it easier to loan players
We've seen in the EPL Everton have got Manuel Fernandes and Anthony Gardener on Loan, Fulham got Paul Stalteri. I don't think this could happen on FM, its hard to get quality players on loan.

2. More advanced options for feeder clubs
If your feeder club already has 4 long term loan players, which is the limit in England, why not send a youngster there for 3-5 months?

3. Seperate budgets for seperate windows
I don't know about you guys, but i'd like to see maybe a week before the January tarnsfer window your board replenish your transfer budget a bit. I mean, lets say you get £5m in the summer and spend it. By the time Xmas comes around your budget is a 0 but you have £10m+ in the bank, why cant the board give you an extra £2-3m for January? I think you'd be able to negotiate this in real life.

4. Fix the little annoying things
Why can't my assistant tell me about a player who's out on loan? Surely i should be able to get a coach report on him, they'd know enough about him

Board and Fan Confidence. Big problem much discussed, needs to be fixed because it comes close to ruining a great game.

5. Added transfer options
When signing a youngster from a lower division, why can't you let him stay there on loan for the season? Little options like this would improve the game for me.

I'll think of some more but how about we discuss these for now.
Note - I am not criticisng the game, I heart it, i'm just making some suggestions that would improve it for me.

Three things regarding transfers I want to see in future versions of the game.

1) As you said, when buying a young player, particularly in January, be able to offer to loan the player back on the offer screen (where you can choose agree to friendly, buy back price etc).

2) I believe DaveC already mentioned this, but the ability to get permission to talk to a player before a fee has been agreed, and haggle personal terms and transfer fee at the same time. Also the ridiculous practice of having to re-negotiate a fee with the selling club if your contract offer is rejected. I've already agreed a fee, dammit!

3) I player lower leagues, and while I can ask my scout to find me Portuguese wingbacks aged 24, I can't specifically send him to look for transfer and loan listed and unattached players. This would be specially handy when clubs higher up the food chain release youngsters at the end of June.

Also, I have mentioned this in the past, but as soon as you are promoted, players should recognise this. Nothing worse than a player electing to go to a higher profile club in your league when you've already been promoted with five games to go. You can also miss getting in early on domestic bosmans in June as you wait for the season to tick over because of this.
