"Feels you aren't giving the team enough credit" ??

What exactly does it mean when a player says this?

What causes it and how can you make them happy again?

Think I got that message when I told the players "Why can't you play like that every match?" after a win.

Just congratulate them on a good win next time they play well.

You are not giving them the correct team talk at the end of a game, especially after a win- have a read at some of the team tals threads in the Tactics forum for ideas on how to sort this.

ok thanks, it appears after I let my ass man handle a few games. Kinda annoying because he always gets great results (Fernando Orsi, fantastic ass man).

this came up for me lately too... i had it in previous versions when i used to be quite a hardass on my team.. however, lately ive become much more lenient with them, generally praising them when they win and symphatizing with them when they dont and still i was told i dont give the team enough credit..

it is worth mentioning that not once did i get angry with them nor did i tell them to play like this every match.

i have sometimes forgotten to set \ team talk, and after winning 7-0 it didnt do down weel i can tell you
