So I have really a lot trophies. But still my club has continental reputation. Why isnt it worldwide reputation? And why do I always get low odds for winning champions league? Doesnt make sense to me ...

This does seem strange considering it looks as if you win everything! Might be wrong but it could be the fact that alot of your players only have a continental reputation therefore bringing yours down.

I really have good players. They are wanted by big clubs like Milan, Valencia, Man UTD and so on. I am the richest club too (550 mio). And I have expanded my stadium to maximum.

I think it may have something to do with the reputation of the league that youre in. Although it seems weird that your reputation isnt higher.

Eventually the rep will rise, but i think its due to league reputation and nothing to do with the club, although i could be wrong.

you have to sign some of the world class players only then reputation will rise. for example liverpool's reputation was 8850 but when i signed Kaka the clubs reputation rose to 9130. hope that helps

First feeling was it is like that because of the league rep, although your league rep might have risen due to your success? (maybe check with the editor to see what level your rep is and league rep and make a comparison to how it was at the start of the game)

Try and sign a few bigger players (World Class Ones) and see if this helps?
