I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but I would like to be able to sign players for 2 seasons or more, as opposeed to the current 1 year.
This happens in the real game so it would be realistic.

you mean loan? yeh i would too its really annoying when your man man in a lower teir has to go back to his club, then youb try and get him next season and he goes else where argh! and it would be better for clubs sending their players out to get work permits, like man utd do with antwerp.

Yeah, Liverpool loaned Mascherano for 2 years iirc but you can't loan a player yourself It would be nice because then you would ask for more money and still the player would return at the end of season 2

one thing that bugs me is that i brought nic millan for plymouth argyle on a 3 year deal and he couldnt get a work permit, so hes young i thought loan him out to chile, i did 4 3 seasons, but then his contract ran out and i have no way of renewing it, hes only got 12 caps really annoyed, hes class, and still only 22 but i cant get a wp!!!

I have noticed that in FM08 computer teams can aproach you with an offer to extend the loan of a player of yours that they currently have so maybe you can do this as well. If you cant then this should be addressed in the upcoming patch I think.

I think you'll have a very long wait for this. It wont be in FM09 and I seriously doubt that it will be in FM10 as well.
