Nobody knows. But yes its almost 100% certain seeing they're big appointments / transfers so the data update would have them.

Nope the 8.0.1 patch came out before the transfer window.

Yes.

All transfers/loans/appointments that were made before the transfer window closed are always in the update.

Please not that loand do NOT include short term loans though, (which I think is classed as anything less than a full season I think).

Generally i believe the patch is released during Feb, though Im sure we'd all rather be patient until it is ready, though they had better hurry up before Keegan is no longer Newcastle manager!.
