How do you make a club allow you to send scouts to more places

I'm dag and red (in league 1) and have 2m in bank and they only allowing uk and irland scoutng still

My scouting knowledge is high thou because i signed alot of foreign staff

They'll expand as your club grows in stature and finance. In lower divisions they don't feel it's necessary. for example, if you're a lower league club theres no need to send people to africa, because non EU players will only gain work permits if they play a certain number of international games, or if you're chelsea/arsenal/man u and the arse bandit FA bow down to your every whim.

I manage coventry, and it won't let me out further than europe in the championship. Not until they get promoted.

basing this from my experience, when u get into championship, u get continent scouting and then prem u get worldwide...i think it is based on rep tho

Its well annoying cause i can see all the players but have no idea if their any good lol

ahhaha i know how that feels, i took gambles on some players, spent my whole budget of 1.5mil on a brazilian centreback, relyinf on reputation of dubbed next lucio and turned out to be quite good
