Default Club Progress

Hiya all iam after some advice and tips on how to move your club on in terms of its stature?

Iam in my 4th season at Blackpool Fc and have slowly built the squad up the clubs finances, and each season tried to improve youth/training facilities, with the odd stadium expansion,
What iam struggling with is other factors such as improving the clubs appeal to better players?
Also i keep getting offered poor feeder clubs in conference, how do i get the club to offer me work permit/finacial feeders?
I get the option to choose what sort they look for but they come back with no results?
Any help please?
iam currently finsh in top 10 of championship

The simple answer would be with success. If you start winning leagues and cups with a smaller team then you are gradually going to improve their reputation, which in turn improves the appeal of the club.

I was in the Championship with a small side for about 4 seasons and I never got a work permit feeder club. The moment I asked for a feeder team in the premiership I was offered one though. I think you need to be in the top flight for the feeder team. At least for 8.01, I don't know about 8.02 yet. Seems fairly realistic though.

Maybe bringing in some older players with good reputations with help? There good rep might encourage others. I don't know if the game works like that. I do know that a big name signing can boost shirt sales and such though.

Otherwise, just keep winning, keep making money and keep reinvesting it into the club. There's not much more you can do at that level.

I was able to get a feeder club with Gateshead in the 8.00 version. I was in the BSN at the time it was approved.

However, if you meant a work permit feeder club, then obviously, I'm still a long way off from knowing about this.

Yup, I had to get to the premiership before I got a work permit feeder.

Got my first feeder team around the BSN level too. But at that level they tend not to be very good.
