Default Are the -10 and -9 PA players still the same?
Basically, are they the same players or have some been lowered or some been increased?

I'm sure someone in the Good Player's guide will post something on this in the near future. In the past players have been upgraded and downgraded in patches so I don't see why this one would be any different assuming the researcher felt it was warranted.

There are now less -10 PA players. I haven't counted -9, as there are loads of them.

Some of the players that were -10 in 7.0.1 are no longer -10, but there are a few new ones, too.

I'm not going to name players, to avoid spoilers for others.

Don't you mean 8.0.1? Anyway I don't think there has been many stats and ability changes this patch. I think it has been mainly based with transfers.

Sheer Class, you seem to know about the CA's and PA's on this patch, any intel on this? Have they been drastically altered?

Researchers usually get there files back and change youth players mainly as they have seen them more but players get tweaked too.

Lots lots of changes take place
