Well I haven't updated to 8.0.2 yet but I am hoping the confidence system isn't as completely broken as the one that has just sacked me in 8.0.1. I've never seen anything so stupid happen in 10 years of playing SI Games.

I am in my third season with Ipswich, First season I got promoted with around 100 points but got relegated my first season in the Premiership I just won the Championship with Ipswich with 113 points, and won manager of the year. I asked for a contract renewal, the board refused they said they were looking for a replacement. A few days later it said they wanted me to stay but they were worried I would not accept a new contract. I never even got an offer.

I looked in the confidence screen and it said that the board were disappointed that I went out in the third round of the FA Cup which was a match I had half my squad out with injury, But I looked at the jobs screen and my job was 'very secure'

Imagine my surprise when they did not renew my contract, saying that I was not the right man to take the club forward. The only negative thing in the confidence screen was about the FA Cup, If I win the league, and get manager of the year with a goal difference of +65 and I still get sacked for a result in January why the hell did they not sack me at the time.

At the start of the season the board wanted me to be a major force in the Championship!

I've just replayed the same two days prior to the sacking and this time I got offered a four year contract. Weird.
