I'm in November 2013 with Arsenal and Fabregas has come out wanting an improved contract. He wants £90k a week for 4 years, £3.2m bonus, and several bonuses. I've offered him up to £125k a week for 4 years, £6m bonus, and all the bonus clauses he asked for. And he has rejected the improved contract every time despite wanting to commit his future to Arsenal. What am I doing wrong? I need Fabregas to stay.
