I can't get my players (especially my CBs and FBs) to stop playing long balls!
Even with passing at the shortest, tempo slow and mentality normal they still play long balls all the time! It's not always hoofing, many seem to be intended.
And as my fast strikers can't win any headers, I can't create any chances.
BTW no player has crosses to more than rare, Through balls only some for some midfielders, no target man or playmaker, playing a 4-3-3/4-5-1.
I need help, cause like that I'm not gonna win anything. Did I miss something??

your mentalities might be too split or your forward runs etc is causing ur back four to have no options to pass.
