ok, me and a friend have started a new game with the above teams... but its a real pain in the ass when i cant play on the same day as him because both teams share the same ground.. is there any way of either moving 1 of the teams to a new ground, or any other way round this?

Yes. Edit the db and change the club stadium for one or the other teams. You might want to change the city of one of them because there are other issues as well. Then start a new game.
