Still, Elano stats is very impressive.

my starting eleven is completely different from that hich i inherited. I like to more or less sell the entire first team and build my own squad, which has lead to two tumultous seasons in which i narrowly avoided the sack, but now my team s taking shape.

I only regularly play Ramos, Casillas and Robben from the team i inherited.

As i stated its not the fact the team is doing well, more the AMC goals to game ratio that reminded me of diablo.

I would like people to test with other teams and see how they get on

Any offence mate, but world class team with world class players.....it' more about players than about tactic.

"Diablo" (in the FM sense) means poor side, poor players, good/amazing results.

Real Madrid, after two seasons, with good players, means you could use almost any tactic and do well surely....

But that said, congrats on creating a tactic that is working for you and doing well.

Forgot to say: test it with a lower team like a Blackburn and see if it still works. If it does, test it with a team lower than Blackburn, until you're confident it is a good solid tactic, as opposed to the quality of your players making it so.

Ahh, okay. I think I misunderstood. You should have said you might have unearthed a new "looney".

From what you say it seems that it's very effective, but the formation itself cripples your team performance, which is a shame, but I recognize the potential.

Since using this tactic my QPR team have rocketed.

In 9 games my AMC's have scored 21 goals

Amazing.

Okei mate, have decided to give it a go. Playing with Leeds (not a "lower team like Blackburn, but.... :p) in the second season;

First match: Difficult away match against Leceister. Lost 2-0..... Not an impressive number of shots, neither on or off target.

Second match: Home against low placed Wolves. Much better iro number of shots, and trashed them 3-0.

Third match: "Easy" away match against bottom placed Crewe. Although we won 0-1 with an acceptable number of shots on goal, I was not totally happy. But was pleased to note that they were not able to score even when using 4-2-4 (which I always concede against!).

So far, pretty pleased with it so far.
