Need help tactically with AMC and Striker

Hello all, I am currently trying to develop a 4-2-3-1 tactic but I am struggling in getting the AMC to link up with my striker all of the time.

Does anyone have any general pointers to this or any idea about getting the nest from lone strikers.

Well the easiest way is to give him a farrow.

The other way is to put him on more attacking mentallity than the lone striker....this always worked just fine for me.
