This might be a very stupid question, but I really have no idea where most things are yet on this game. . . . but how do you adjust/create arrows on the tatics page?

Don't worry about it. Right click on the player on the formation window and drag in the direction you want the arrow to go (up,down across or diagnol).

Dont worry about it mate- we have all had the same problems with the " simple " parts of the game- believe me!!
