What individual attribute do you look for most in a player.
I really have an obsession with work rate and refuse to sign anyone with a work rate of 12 or less, unless it's a particularly gifted winger, but I would never dream of signing a midfielder or defender with poor work rate.
I just wondered if anyone else looked for an individual attribute in most players in their team, I can imagine Pace is a popular one
Mostly just physical attributes - e.g. pace and jumping. I don't like defenders who can't jump and I don't like anyone with low pace unless I'm in a lowly league and can get a skillful ageing midfielder to stand in the middle of the pitch and just ping balls around the park
Determination. High determination means your players dig in more when defending a narrow lead, and try harder when you are losing - they react especially well to harsh half-time team talks.
Also, decisions and work rate for midfield. I had problems with Andreasen and other DMs and MCs dwelling on the ball too long. Seems to have an effect.
Composure for strikers, as well as pace and technical aspects.
I seem to orgasm over anyone with over 55 for Pace, Acceleration and Dribbling, regardless of where they play! Also have a thing for target men strikers, so strength, jumping, heading and off the ball.
