Default InAbility TO SCORE GOALS

OK Erm this is my 1ST EVER FORUM POST...
I have a serious Goal Scoring Problem. My Strikers cant SCORE even if they were Millionaires (which they are) and they lived in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT...
STATS : My Team is WIGAN and i am in my second season. And yes i do hav the new PATCH...
WIGAN FC - Games Played : 27 Goals Scored : 27
My Strikers ("Yeah Right"): ...

Dave Cotterill : GamesPlyd - 18(3) Goals - 3
Joel Epalle : GamesPlyd - 17(5) Goals - 4
Julius Aghahowa : GamesPlyd - 10(4) Goals - 6
Alberto Bueno : GamesPlyd - 7(10) Goals - 4

OK Before any says anything about chances and Possesion check these matches out....

and also he is not going to come to wigan..

In One of the Matches Listed Above, AGHAHOWA had 7 One on One Chances SCORED - 0
BUeno same match had 5 One on One Chances SCORED - 0

Look at your strikers. I don't know about Epalle or Bueno, but Cotterill and Aghahowa aren't the best finishers in the game. That and if they are on bad confidence because they don't score or lack have a lack of composure, they won't be prolific scorers.

If you can try getting a good finisher with high composure. If your not in a transfer window or close to one, be consistant with who you pick up front. The more consistant you are with picking the same players up front, the more confident they'll get and will play better together.

try playing your striker in the reserve match or arrange a friendlies with reserve or under 18 team.

hey mate loosen up on the capitals...

Look at lower your team mentality if its to high, if you lower it, you will create better chances.

I went half a season with Exeter City only scoring 7 goals. Yes we were relegated

Tbf 27 goals from 27 games isn't too far off what I'd expect for Wigan.
Irl they have 24 from 26.

Looking at your results, it's your defence that needs strengthening.

Although 4 clean sheets from the last 5 would suggest you've got that sorted.
Considering your club, the results aren't that bad really. You've chosen a relegation battle, so you shouldn't really be surprised that you're getting one.
