to appearance , goal , clean sheet bonus' etc apply to freindlies , or competitive games only ?

Only first team competitive games. Otherwise it'd cost a fortune in appearance fees for all those Hot prospects playing in your U19s and scoring boatloads of goals against woeful opposition!
