Here's the deal: My squad's morale is very high at the moment and when win big, i put my teamtalk as sensational/thrilled and the teamtalk effect is 'Didn't seem to be listening' and that can't be good. So for the next big win I just put pleased and now everyone feels im not giving them enough credit! What do I do???????????????

The " didnt seem to be listening " reaction is a flaw in the game and should be reworded- just ignore it but continue to praise the team if and when they deserve it though.

You say your morale is very high at the moment and
i presume after another big win even if you praised your team morale would'dt go up anyways with it being superb/very good.So like Frazt say's dont concern yourself with it.If the majority of your team have superb morale and only one or two have good/very good but are playing well then try praiseing them through the media, you will prob find there morale will go from very good to superb through that.
