WARNING
I have bought tickets at "www.official-ticket.com"for the match Manchester-Lyon and i never received tickets.
Call them by phone and email with no success.They are swindlers

How much did you pay for the ticket and how did you pay? Is there no way of tracking down where they're based?

If you fail to get a ticket legally, the best option and usually the cheapest option is try and find a fan selling a ticket.

you should be able to get your money back easily if paid by credit card of debit. phone your company now!
