for next season because this site will have millions (or maybe hundreds) of people on it, is there a consideration to have more boards e.g specifically for prem, championship etc. and if a side has enough fans they get their own board??

The next season is coming very soon, lets see the million people.

I think they would give a side their own board if enough people wanted it.
