MARCEL Seip has been transfer-listed and fined following his refusal to be a substitute for Argyle's game against Charlton on Saturday.
Argyle manager Paul Sturrock said today: "I am fining Marcel two weeks' wages because of his actions.
"It is appropriate to put him on the transfer-list, as well.
"I also feel that now is the right time for Marcel to get his hernia problem fixed.
"This game is not about individuals. It is a team game and people have got to be respectful of that."
