Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to bust the summer market wide open with bids for AC Milan star Kaka and Barcelona ace Lionel Messi.
The Mirror says Abramovich will hand Avram Grant a £100million summer spending kitty and give him the chance to prove himself with his own team.
