Default U18 age eligibility for Group matches
Is the U18 eligibility for English U18 Group matches determined from the start of the whole season, i.e. turning 18 during July, or after the start of the actual Group season itself, i.e. on or after 15th August in 2009-10 season?

I believe it is at the start of the season.
