hey ive got a couple of questions.

1. does the standard of youth you get through at your club partly depend on the judging potential ability attribute of your youth coaches? any other factors?

2. 3 or so years on in my game and hardly any decent young english players have come out of any academies, is this just bad luck or is the standard of future english players just useless? i would like to think that maybe i could sprout a few decent ones from my own academy eventually or at least there be some decent ones at other clubs?
