Well, what can I say about that.
First, I am very disappointed of what happened. I still believe that Ronaldo didn't influence the refferee's decision. His behaviour just proved, that on such forums like the World Cup nation and native land are more important than everything else. In fact, I am sure that Rooney would have done the same thing.
I am sad too, I don't want Cristiano to leave Manchester Utd, but Rooney is going to kill him if he returnes to the team. The English fans say that they want to "brand" and "throw away" the winger. That is not fair !He is great player, one of my favs. I think it will be great if he plays side by side with Torres, they seem to me to be a strong party.
However, it might be good if he stays in Premiership. I don't think I will get used to watch him in Primera Division. Or, it will be very hard. I am not such fan of the Spanish championship, I don't know teams and players well...the strongest for me is the English and German (but in the last there are no big surprises) ones.
Finally, I'd say: Good luck, Cristiano, your fans will be always with you, wherever you are

With that attitude towards it the english prem would be empty

bye bye: Gerrard, Rooney, Drogba, Joe Cole, Eboue, Luis Garcia, SWP...etc etc etc

Damn bro.. you have to kinda throw out most of your players then. Maybe you should want to keep ronaldo because only him and joe cole can do something entertaining with the ball in that whole league. He fits better in spain... without that long ball shite in England. I think Becks should go back to England and Ronaldo take his place at Real Madrid.

Obvious, he leaves because of the people, not rooney, i bet that his house or whatever is full of posters or whatever insulting or something like that. Is sad that a number 7 leaves like this, but that's the result of the fans, press and Shearer attacks.

He can go to Barça too, but i don't know.. is more probable Madrid.

Man Utd and Arsenal don't use the long ball much at all, along with many other teams in the Premiership. It's only really Bolton and Chelski who use the long ball all the time.

Anyways, it'll be sad to see him go but do you blame him? Nope. He'll get a load of prawn sandwiches chucked at him when he gets back so it'll be better to go to Madrid like he has supposedly wanted to for so long.

You know, I don't care where Ronaldo plays. He has bright future, waiting somewhere before him. Even if he goes to Fiorentina, he will remain one of my fav players. Also, I agree that he leaves because of the people. The ones who live at the same street say they don't like him, can you imagine this? He has the full right to live wherever he wants! And NOBODY can tell him what to do:cool: !!!
