i just scroll on my club squad and realise there is a B squad. there alot of good players as i see good in them. bt i cant promote them to my 1st team. any advise to enlighten me ?
This is because they are "grey" players. These cannot be promoted and are only there to fill the team up. If you were to demote a few players some of the "grey" players will disappear.
