Default "I come to suck your blood!!!"

New save.

This time I decided to start in Poland. Frank said Podbeskidzie Bielsko Biala, so...that...it was.

Season 2007/2008

Oh, to hell with it...

Season 2008/2009, too.

Reasonable looking squad, rubbish finances, scouts in name only, and the Board expectations were that we establish ourselves in the 2nd Division by the end of the second year.

We did that.

Meanwhile I'd been a bit wordy with the Polish FA about refereeing decisions. To cut a long story short I served two touchline bans, the Board were rather less than pleased, so I jacked with three games to go in the second season.

We were 4th, 2 points away from a playoff position, so I reckon I'd fulfilled my part of the deal.

Season 2009/2010

I was offered a job with Welsh Premier League new boys, Afan Lido, so I accepted in time for the new season starting.

The Board expectation was that we establish ourselves...where have I heard this before...in the WPL by the end of the two year plan.

We had 11 players, including three goalies, and a scout with minimum stats, so he was sent out to find players...and found three who would sign, so we signed them...and sent him out again.

This time he found two who would sign, so we signed them too.

We kept this up until New year, by which time we had a squad of 23 players and had began to experience winning.

Long story short...the boards expectations in the cups, which was basically to appear, was met and we finished a creditable 12th in the League.

Season 2010/2011

Funny thing happened.

My shortlist suddenly sprouted a Polish SC from Piast (freed) in the Polish 2nd Division, so I put in an offer to him.

He was interested, he signed (for £700 a week  ) and off we went.

This time we did better than expected in the cups, i.e. we turned up and we won a couple of games, and we finished 5th in the League, thanks in no small part to 17 goals in 23 games from Strikerski (although he missed 10 through injury, ankle in a hard game against The New Saints)

I nearly forgot...although I'd signed on for two years the Board offered me a new contract and upped their expectations to challenge for the WPL in two seasons at the end of the first season.

Maybe they know something I don't...

Season 2011/2012

We did fine, thank you very much.

We reached the semi-final of the FAW Premier Cup, the semi-final of the Welsh Cup and the final of the Welsh Challenge Cup.

We were leading the WPL by 11 points with seven games remaining, and not looking like losing that lead.

Then came Stoke. City that is.

They were languishing in the relegation zone of The Championship and seemingly decided I was the guy to keep them up.

How wrong they were.

I had 9 games to do the deed, but we won 3 and lost 6 of them and were relegated on the last day of the season with a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Middlesbrough.

So it's League 1 football next season...if they keep me on.

| Sponsors | 10 year stadium sponsorship deal at £1M per season. Ends 2015 | | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | 1 year general sponsorship deal at £513K per season. Ends 2012 | | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | 4 year kit sponsorship deal at £262K per season. Ends 2014. | | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | 2 year stadium sponsorship deal at £17.29K per season. Ends 2013 |

That surprised me. Looks like we get £1792290 a season before the season starts.

When I left Afan Lido two coaches left at the same time and said they'd like to join up with me wherever I went, so I sacked the AssMan and Gk Coach and signed up both of them. Loyalty will be rewarded.
