And most of the regulars are rational and sensible. However, occasional visitors quite often are not. Hence the need to avoid naming tactics/formations. I think you've actually had quite sensible replies on the whole.

It sure doesn't look like it when Pete had to edit your original post in numerous places.
Reading the header is a pre-requisite of entering LLM, otherwise no new llamas would learn the rules and understand the ethics.
Despite his error of naming a tactic I think the question he asks is quite valid. What really constitutes a "supertactic" and what tactics can llamas use?
As we are llamas we don't really know anything about the first question. The only one I know is the very aptly named Devil tactic. It took advantage of a flaw in the game engine. That was clearly a cheat and supertactic. So I'd say a tactic that is designed to take advantage of a flaw in the match engine is a cheat tactic.
I am actually glad these "supertactics" crop up from time to time. We don't use them or care about them anyway, so no harm done. But they help the developers fill gaps in their code so the next version of FM will be better, and the cheat tactics won't work.
There are a lot of strange-looking formations beings used IRL, so I'd say we can use them in LLM also, as long as they're not made to take advantage of flaws in the game engine (if there are any left).
I am with the idea of attacking is the best way of defense. I dont believe there is just one tactic than can win you games after games. Specially in LLW, where you dont have great players, you need to have to tactics: one away and one home. Thats atleast how I win matches and leagues.
