Sounds like the CFA works a bit like the Norwegian 2nd division. Here too are the 2nd teams of some Tippeliga (Premier Division) clubs. But the rules say there has to be at least one division between the 1st team and the 2nd. So the 2nd team can never get higher than the 2nd division. That means, as in the CFA, that you can get promoted even if you finish outside the promotion spots.

Board expectation : Avoid relegation ! This time should be able to survive !
Transfer Budget : 600K Euros... A bit less that precedent season. Enough to buy used shoes and shorts for all my new players.

Fan Player of the Year : A young ST issued from east europe. 21 goals in 29 played. But very irregular.
Comment : Back in National Asked the board to buy some things for the youngsters. Accepted. Get in some new players, get out to reserve those that seems too crappy. I don't know what happens with all my ST, but they seem to last only one season. My last season good old ST was just unable to do anything. I had the same problem in the 2nd season. Had to kick him out. I have a new potentially good young ST. Hope my scouts are'nt as bad as my defense which is still terrible by it's inhability to stop anybody with a ball in his feet. I said also by bye to my AssMan as we were never of the same opinion. Hope the new one will be more cooperative ! Finally I get p****ed off by the fans ! They always think that they know better than me my job. They are always complaigning about tactics or other things. If the're not happy they can always buy a computer managment game and let me do my job !

The season itself wasn't too bad but my guys like to loose against easy bottom league teams... They prefer challenge. In mid season I had hope for a 7th palce but with no win in the 10 last matchs we dropped to the 11th position. Even with that board was happy. There is still a lot of room to improve !
