I too am playing Cambridge City using this format for the sake of experimenting! What a coincidence! I am now playing in the championship. I won the FA Cup in my first season and the UEFA Cup in the second season onwards. Won everything there is to win and now I am in October 2011, my 5th season. Won promotion in every year as well. But there is nothing to brag about because I use FM mini scout to edit the players.

The reason is because I want to find out if the Cambridge board will eventually create a stadium under my name! I also do this for the sake of testing the program.

Anyway, I don't think you will win the manager of the month award if you take too many holidays!

you don't win it if you're on holiday when it's announced.

You can holiday as much as you like and still win awards, you just can't be on holiday when it's announced.
