Default Job Offer What to do....
I am currently Everton Manager (2011) after being Aston Villa for 3 years.

Coming to end of first season with Everton and looks like I am going finish 4th in the league.
Got great Strikers Yakubu 35 Goals, James Vaughan 20, Andy Johnson 20 and Pazzini 15.

Anywhere Just been offered the Job for AC milan who want me to win the Serie A within 2 years.

I am enjoying managering Everton but AC Milan could be a real challenge as never seem to do well in Italy with my english tactics

Please help me decide Thanks Guys!!

maybe try wining the prem with everton before moving on. in my opinion i dnt partically like playing italien league i find it borin.

it's upto u really but if your team is scoring that many u shouldn't really be coming in 4th place
