What position to you have to be in to get in uefa cup?

yes you get a spot if you win the cup and im sue its top 6 in the league for european places

Can Someone Just give me the correct answer, thanks ridley99 though for trying to tell me the answer.
I thought 5th 5th and 7th place get uefa cup place.

1st - Champions League Qualification
2nd - Champions League Qualification
3rd - Champions League Qualifying Stage
4th - Champions League Qualifying Stage
5th - Uefa Cup Qualification
Fa Cup Winners - Uefa Cup Qualification
Carling Cup Winners - Uefa Cup Qualification

If a team wins the Champions League but finishes outside the top four, they will qualify for next season's Champions League, at the expense of the fourth-placed Premier League team.

If Portsmouth win the FA Cup and finish fifth in the Premier League, the sixth-placed team in the league would enter the Uefa Cup, not the FA Cup runners-up.
