Has anyone had a Stadium named after themselves ? Is this possible ?

And what are some other stadium names people have got when the board decide to build a new stadium ?

I haven't personally, but it is possible. My AssMan once had a stadium named after him

When i was East Stirling the new stadium got named the Whylie stadium after someone in the clubs favoured personell screen

Yes i was with Gladbach in Germany. Won german league and champions league 5 years running. The board built new stadium and named it after me. Thats why even though i have got board with the save and cant bring myself to delete it.

After Woking finally agreed to build me a new stadium following years of wrangling, I figured that 4 promotions in 6 years would surely be enough to make them name it the Snugglecakes Forkbeard Stadium as testament to my greatness. Instead though, they've called it the Woking Stadium, serving as a depressing reminder every home game that it is, in fact, in Woking.
