i have just set myself a five year challenge of A) getting bournemout either in the prem or a strong championship promotion challenger.
and B) turning around there massive finacial problems and gain a healthy bank balance.

do you guys have any advice on how to do this or any good freebies on low wages fo my first season to sign.
